I am a 28-year-old Argentinian master builder with a decade of experience in construction and design. I completed secondary education with a focus on specialized training in construction, carpentry and welding. At the age of 19, I embarked on a six-year college degree in architecture while simultaneously working at various construction companies as a building inspector and draftsman/designer.

  • Junior architect @ ARQA3D

    January 2013 — 2020
    • I have been a mentor, trainer, and leader of a team of 3 students in the A3D architecture studio.
    • Revit Designer of the different Architecture, Structure and MEP disciplines, of hundreds of projects.
    • I have increased the production level of the architecture studio by 500% thanks to the BIM methodology.
    • Work for hundreds of clients, designing, modeling, documenting, and budgeting.

  • Junior architect @ Propanel

    March 2018 — January 2020
    • Design, document, and budget 2 evolutionary housing prototypes that are currently being sold to hundreds of customers.
    • Monitor and control works with the SIP construction system.
    • Carry out the entire process, from the interview with the clients to the presentation to the municipal entity.

    January 2013 — March 2018
    • Control and certification of private works within the ejido of Añelo.
    • I participated in the design and planning of the MASTER PLAN of the municipality of Añelo, together with the Secretary of Public Works Victor De Caboteau.

    • Participated in the BIM modeling of the following projects:
      1. Ezeiza Airport. New terminal expansion.
      2. Residential complex AQUA CONDOMINIO ARUBA, Palm Beach.
